If a client decides to cancel the order before the workflow or editing process begins, a 100% refund may be provided.

Partial Refund Policy

Once the workflow process has started and creative work has already begun, refund eligibility may vary depending on the project stage, completed work, editing process, and workflow involvement.

In such situations, partial refund may be provided depending on the completed work and overall project progress.

Final Delivery Refund Policy

If the final delivered output still does not meet the client’s expectations after the revision process, Epic Outputs may provide up to 30% refund depending on the completed workflow and project stage.
